    Offered here is an antique Gilchrist #30 squeeze handle Ice Cream Scoop. This is nickel over brass and is a heavy duty quality scoop. It is a size 16 (sixteen scoops per quart) The finish does show age related wear from use but everything works great as intended. The scoop is 10 1/2" in length and heavy durable weight.
